• All artwork will be professionally designed on a Macintosh platform in the latest graphic design software.
• Artwork will be provided in as many different formats as the client requests.
• All changes will be completed in a timely manner.
• Artwork will be downloadable if the client files are too large to send via e-mail.
• Artwork will be provided on a CD or DVD at the client's request.

What are the client's responsibilities?

• Providing information relevent to the design (i.e. word document, photos, logos etc.)
• Proofreading names, dates etc. and all content relevent to the design.
• Providing information on where the design will be printed in order to obtain specifications (i.e. dimensions, bleeds, imposition etc.)
